Dinner (choose one):
1. Chicken Marsala: Sautéed chicken breast, shallots, portabella mushrooms, dark raisins, marsala cream sauce, wild rice pilaf and sautéed seasonal vegetables Gluten free.
2. Herb Crusted Tilapia: Tilapia filet baked in fresh herb compound butter, saffron scented rice pilaf and sautéed seasonal vegetables with a lemon beurre blanc sauceGluten free.
3. Stuffed Portabella Mushroom: Roasted portabella mushroom cap stuffed with artichoke hearts, spinach and manchego cheese, seasonal vegetables and roasted red pepper coulis. Vegetarian and gluten free.
All dinners include:
- House Salad (V/GF); spring mix greens, fresh cherry tomatoes, cucumber and spiral cut carrots with a lemon-basil vinaigrette,
- Fresh bakery rolls with butter.
- Dessert of Flourless Chocolate Torte with whipped cream. Gluten free.
