Dinner (choose one):
1. Center Cut Pork Chop. Grilled 8 oz. pork chop, Creole red skin potatoes, bacon braised Brussels sprouts with a honey balsamic glaze. Gluten free.
2. Champagne Poached Salmon. Atlantic King salmon, Prosecco, grilled asparagus, shaved fennel and heirloom tomato risotto with a brown butter vinaigrette. Gluten free.
3. Stuffed Portabella Mushroom. Roasted portabella mushroom cap stuffed with artichoke hearts, spinach and manchego cheese, seasonal vegetables and roasted red pepper coulis. Vegetarian and gluten free.
Dessert choices include: Apple Salad or Strawberry Shortcake
All dinners include:
- House Salad (V/GF); spring mix greens, fresh cherry tomatoes, cucumber and spiral cut carrots with a lemon-basil vinaigrette,
- Fresh bakery rolls with butter, and
- Freshly brewed coffee.
