COVID-19 Policy

COVID Update Effective April 10, 2023:  The safety and security of our members, speakers, and staff are our most important priorities. We will require everyone to be fully vaccinated (primary series plus boosters as eligible) to attend in-person Guild meetings. Vaccination status will be confirmed at your first check- in and retained for future visits. Masks will be recommended but not required for all persons attending. This is our COVID policy as of 4/10/23; it will be updated based on any masking or vaccine requirement changes from city, state, or federal authorities. This policy is based on the CDC guidelines for vaccination status: the CDC recommends COVID-19 primary series vaccines for everyone ages 6 months and older, and COVID-19 boosters for everyone ages 5 years and older, if eligible.  You will be required to show proof of vaccination at time of check in and masks will be recommended but not required throughout the meeting. Masking policy will be contingent on maintaining a LOW community transmission level status from the Dane County Public Health Department. We also ask that you carpool and pre-register for each meeting.
