Have a special skein (or two) of handspun but it's not enough for the sweater of your dreams? Maybe you have a few braids of fiber that you want to include in a garment and you just don't know how? This class will cover how to swatch and sample for the perfect projects plus lots of inspiration to move stash into successful sweaters. Please note that this is an interactive, not lecture style, class.

  • A spinning wheel in good working order
  • 4 bobbins
  • A lazy Kate
  • A niddy noddy
  • Students may also find a twist angle and consistency card helpful
  • Knitting needles or hooks for swatching
  • Needle gauge
  • A tape measure
  • Fiber and yarn to combine into the perfect project
  • Tags to label samples
  • A notebook and pen
