aka Emily Ocker's Circular Cast-on
This cast-on technique was first included in Elizabeth Zimmerman's KNITTER'S ALMANAC and is perfect for starting circular shawls or top-down hats. Come for a hands-on introduction. The class will also include directions for knitting a small coaster utilizing the cast-on technique.
Participants need to bring:
Small amount of worsted-weight yarn (10-20 yards)
Size 7 double point needles ( or a 40-inch circular needle)
Size G (4.25 mm) Crochet hook.
